What leasing teams ask first.
Do owners have to agree?
Yes. Self-access is switched on unit by unit, with the owner's written consent in the mandate. Owners abroad see every visit.
Will our buildings let tenants in?
We start in buildings you manage or where the facilities manager agrees. Passes go through the visitor system the building already uses. Where self-access isn't allowed, the viewing runs with a host or on live video.
What about occupied or furnished units?
They go to a person by default. Self-access is for vacant units.
Does OpenHour use AI?
Yes, to reply to enquiries and book slots around the rules your agent sets. Your agent decides which units allow self-guided viewings and owns every lease. We never take payments, and there are no cameras or microphones inside units.
What does OpenHour cost?
Pricing depends on your portfolio. We cover it on the demo.
Who fits the lock?
Where a door doesn't already have one, a licensed installer fits a smart cylinder. It swaps in under an hour and comes off again at lease signing.
Who replies to the tenant?
OpenHour replies in the same WhatsApp chat the tenant started, following the booking rules your agent sets. Your agent can take over at any point.
Where is ID data stored?
Today the site and its data are hosted outside the UAE. Moving ID results and entry logs to UAE hosting is planned, and we confirm where your data sits before you go live.
What if something goes missing?
Every entry is tied to a UAE PASS-verified name and logged with times, and self-access is for vacant units only. Your agent sees the log as soon as the visit ends.
